I didn't forget, as I said I usually started a new thread each Tuesday... you just beat me to it Tyler.

The exercises I do that associate with the glutes include knee dips (1-minute high intensity), squats, leg curls, and hip raises (lie on your back and keeping your feet planted raise your pelvis.

That's about it but I'd like to hear others...

squats, ham curls and stiff legged deadlifts pretty much sums up anything i do associated with glutes to be honest. i just stick to legs, my ass is big enough muscle as it is. TBH, girls are just as much booty hunters as us guys :rofl:

so drop the arm curls and do those squats boys, the girls will come running twice as fast :rofl:

None of this shit like the pussy at my gym that kept loading up the weight to do 1/4 squats and 1/4 leg presses and then waking around like he was tough shit and the strongest guys there :rofl:

You know those two leg presses over by the smith machines and the towers? I always see people that have the racks absolutely loaded, then they extend their legs (not moving the sled more than an inch) unhook the stopper, then move the sled back down about an inch and thats what they consider a rep. When they get off the machine they act so hardcore too rofl

What really funny to me is they probably don't even move the sled past where the stopper stops the sled, they could do their reps with the stopper on. :dunno:

PS - Have you tried that leg press over by the ab/back equipment (near the centre). I call it the humiliation machine because if you use it without putting any weight on it at all, its 90 pounds. I love how it works though and you can target either your glutes or quads just by moving your feet either up or down.

Ass to grass squats are the way to go, I stopped doing these though because the day after my glutes hurt too much to even sit on.

Speaking of leg presses, someone told me about a bodybuilder at the Mr.Olympia leg pressing 55 plates on each side (4950lbs :eek: ) Anyone have the video for this, I have to see it to believe it!
