Red 4th generation Prelude, 5-speed. Man, I want one now, and they're not that expensive either! Even at the dealerships! I test drove a 5th generation prelude too, but it seems as though it's an older peoples sports car...it just seems too luxury, and less sporty. Man, that 4th generation prelude was SWEET. And since my car's dying, I'm going to have to buy a newer car soon :( Kinda good, kinda bad...no one wants their car to die...

Yes, I know it is leo! I saw it at Chinook when we made the drop  The lude was at Honda West, model was SR (I think), and I love the dash too! :) They also had a white 4th generation 'lude, but it was an automatic :barf: LOL, automatics are no fun, unless it's "Shiftronic" :)

whatever they are, from whatever company, they're beat!!!! Shifting is so much fun, even in a slow car! It makes you feel like you're going faster than you actually are sometimes!!!! hahahaa

lol, I know what you mean Leo. My car's not that fast...makes me feel like I'm goin' faster. And are you saying your car's slow? Cuz that '93 'lude wasn't slow :D

no, I"m just saying some of the standards that I've driven seem like their going a lot faster then they really are! I guess it just seems that way when you bring it up to the car's redline! haha, as for the SR, they're actually pretty quick cars for not having VTEC. One girl at race city ran a best of 16.4 or something like that with a stock SR. And a girl nonetheless!! haha, nothing against female drivers but it was pretty impressive...and so were her times!! haha:rofl:

Yeh, speaking of female drivers...I'm not that bad! You saying you'll stay 3 cars back, and 2 cars over...I'm just assertive, not wreckless

5th gen ludes are the best!
You don't know what your talking about girl! lol

I thought you meant you fell in love with Leo....I'm thinking, are you crazy? lmao

calarina

LOL, no, Leo's a nice guy, but I've only met him once! LOL. 5th gen ludes have more power, but I like the balance of power, and style with the 4th gen ludes. :) Guess I'm crazy :nut: But I already knew that

Well, $13,900 I think was pretty reasonable for that car...it was in pretty good shape. Needed a new windshield, but Honda would fix that. 169,000 on a 1993 isn't really that bad, and it still had a good clutch, felt solid, and seemed really good performance wise. Inside was cloth, and was pretty meticulously kept it seemed. Very clean car. :)

I woudln't pay that much for a SR.
2 years ago I paid $11k for a 1993 SR with 150000km on it.
it was in MINT condition with the exception of a slight rust problem on the passenger rear fender which I got fixed.

I got my SR-V for 10.5 in Vancouver......

I had to drop in another 2.5 thou to rebuild engine.....

All in all I still got my SR-V for less than I would have buying it here in alberta..... They usually go for around 15-18
