I am selling this because I just moved to a new area which I need an AWD to go up the hill in winter, this car is in excellent condition inside out and very good on gas milage (full tank of gas $35 can go 650km) and so rare to see a Civic with ABS and A/C at this price. This car is always park in the garage and the tires are only 1 year old, still lots of traction.
