View Full Version : caddy STS vs lincoln LS

ok i want one of these cars but i cant decide which.............

list as many pros and cons as you can for both cars.

this is what i came up with

STS= powerfull, "its a caddy". but it is expencive to repair

LS= pimped, sporty sedan, V8 power. but drinks just as much gas as the STS and is .7 seconds slower.

IMO the LS is a slightly "younger" ccar than the sts, hoever i do use the term usely but you seem to like those cars!....

Think about resale! A 60K caddy is worth 1/6 of that in ten years.

I had a 2000 LS V8 and I was very happy with the car. No problems at all mechanically. It wan't that bad on gas either. It was better than my current V6.

Can't say anything about the Caddy but the LS is a good car. Resale sucks though.

ya ya i know the value on both these cars is bad but i dont care i probaly wont keep it for more than a year anyway. thats not going to stop me from buying one of them, i just dont know what one

BTW: doesnt the LS require 91 octane ?

but i think i will go with a STS unless i find a cheap LS
