I think that i can round up a torch and we can cut a hole in the hood and hit the track!

I am glad it worked

did i forget to mention that the rent on that FMU is like $100 a day! :bigpimp: with a 100% interest compounded daily!

Leo that pump is still not good enough you should be pegging that fuel pressure gauge at 7psi of boost. I bet there is a cut off at 80psi of fuel pressure in that pump

So u think I should try and swap the pump too? I don't know man, I'm reading full boost and full grean and no lower than 75 psi of fuel pressure. Any richer and I'll start smelling like MrX's car!! haha. Anyway, I do appreciate the fmu. Nelson said he'll replace mine on monday so if I could borrow it for the weekend, that'd be sweet. I'll return the pump soon. As for the hood, I'll be cutting mine but who needs a torch when u got a jigsaw!!! haha. This thing has helped me out so many times, I think I'll give it a shot. As for tomorrow, it's my bday today and I'm not a big fan of drinking and driving! besides, I don't think that race city would want my drunk ass running the quarter backwards!!! hahahaha

LUDELVR, get a wideband O2 sensor and check how close you're running to 12.5:1. The AF gauges aren't terribly accurate.

well we will do some simple math for yah! 35psi with vac. + 10psi of fp for vac and then 56psi if FP in boost = ???? 101psi

What kind of fuel pump are you using? you really should be way higher than 75psi. I was pegging mine when I had the 6spi pulley using my 5:1 FPR.

isn't the formula 35 plus 56 - 7? The 35 being base fuel pressure and the 56 being the rate of the fmu (7x8) and the 7 the amount of boost u hit? I read this somewhere, but have heard so many different stories.

You really need to pull the vac line off the stock requlator and check what the FP is then add your 56psi to that and do not take anything away and if anything add another 7psi of FP for what the stock regulator will under under boost.

Get nelson or rage2 to do a quick check with the wideband.
