:werd: on the Kumho 712's. One of the best priced tires for the money.

I'm trying out the Yoko Parada Spec 2's this year. They should be promising too.

nope, local shop -- with the lowest prices in town combined with great service -- free tire rotations for the life the tires.

When I was shopping for summers no one could touch the price on the Kumho Ecsta 712 that Togo offered, same goes for winters, decided on Hankooks and no one came close in price.

Had 2 sets of 712's on my turbo Corrado. Held up very well. Lasted 10k more and cost less then my Yoko's.

Had a set of Toyo's on my Jetta a few years back and they seemed to last forever. For the life of me I can't remember the model. :dunno:

Toyo Proxes 4.

All-season high performance tire. Softer sidewall compared to true summer only high performance tires but supposedly the end all be all and best of both worlds.

BFGoodrich G-Force TA KDW. I've used the 712's and they are okay. But when I put on the KDW's it was like night & day. They aren't cheap but they are worth it at any price. If you have a high HP fwd vehicle you need these tires. That's why they became OEM equipment on the SRT4.

I've got PROXES on the Maxima, they've been really good. They're starting to wear down now though, I'll probably have to replace them at the end of this summer.

I'm not sure in Canadian $$ but I bought them from tirerack on special at around $136 US each for 225/45-17's. Got them sent to my buddy in Spokane so I don't pay duty.;)
