Anyone ever try them during school for testing.. a friend of mine was a walk on for the BC lions said that he did it and it helped him read the field better.

St. John's Wort is an anti-depressant that actually has proven to be effective in treating mild depression in legit. medical testing in Europe.

I don't think it would help you study or play football unless you are depressed in the first place.

They calm the mind a bit and help you focus so they might help you focus.

For me they do wonders. Not everyone has the same results. Also there are a number of different brands and people react differently to different brands.
