Is there a place that will maek custom lowering springs in Calgary?

Need springs for an 84 celica and having a lot of trouble finding them because i dont think anyone makes them for an 84

he needs new springs, the toyota ones way more than lowering springs would cost, so cutting them wouldnt do him any good
