Exterior: really good condition

Interior: Overall really good, except there is a slight tip on the driver side seat.

Mechanically: Runs excellent, absolutely nothing wrong with it.

The tear on the driver's seat is very common on Integras. The one thing that I noticed in the picture is that she's got the optional flip down arm rest which is VERY rare. If she's willing to sell me the arm rest seperately for cheap, let me know.
