make sure you get super sharp razors and the 3M spray adheasive. They will save you some headache

Econosound for sure. I think it's like $4 a foot (3ft by 1 ft piece). The glue is about $12 a can as well.

Most of the stuff there is garbage, but the carpet and wire is cheap.
