Hopefully we won't get a sudden storm out for nowhere :(

Dont get too excited.
Calgary weather is unpredictable.
It could snow in the middle of april.
I think that happened in 2003? :dunno:

I'm getting some bigger tires next week so I think I'll bust out the 17 inch rims. Hub caps don't suite my car at all. :D

Are you new? We WILL get snow in April, and possibly May. My wheels only go on when gravel=gone - Mid May. Gives you 6 gravel free months of summer rolling stock.

Good point, but its probably just going to be a little bit which I don't mind at all. :D

This weeks weather looks very nice. Usually when it snows, its gone within a couple days.

summer rubber is useless in this weather. my 712s dont grip worth a damn on dry pavement when its still this cold out.

like most of you said.. the car doesn't come out until the gravel is gone - snow or no snow. frozen water i can deal with, even salt that can be washed away, but not big chips in the paint.

Must be nice to even be considering it! Here in Saskatchewan I wouldn't think of drivig my nice car or putting on wheels anytime soon... no hints of spring fever around here. Yeah.. it sucks here.

Don't do it! That year, I changed my tires in mid-April and thought I was safe.

Haha no kidding.
My prof always jokes about how this place only gets 2 weeks of spring and 1 month of summer!

The problem now is, is it actually near spring or are we just in the middle of a month-long chinook?
