Like the title says, i have a jdm B18b for sale. im selling it AS IS because its gonna need a rebuild in the future. took the car into Honda West, and here's what they found:

Oil Pressuer sending unit is "sweating" (small oil leak).
Possible oil leak from rear main seal.
Distributor seal is leaking oil.
Valve cover gasket is leaking (under $20 to fix)

Also had the engine compression tested, and here are the numbers:
C#1: 135psi C#2: 115psi C#3: 125psi C#4: 135psi

I have all the papers to back everything up!
Engine runs great, Looking for $350 OBO!!

sorry its the same as a b18b, just comes with a red valve cover, didn't know any other way of putting it. its red! how cool!

I dont get it. I'm not trying to rag on you but why does the engine need a rebuild after less than 100K.

What differences are there between a USDM and a JDM b18?

not sure why the engine needs a rebuild, not sure why the compression is so low in cylinder #2 either. and the valve cover could have been painted but i was told thats how it came, red. red is a nice color.

LoL got to calgary... was on 16th ave. and Crowchild trail.. and my f***ing buddy gets pulled over with no insurance and no F***ING registration!!!!! FREAKING IDIOT!! thanks for callin me gary.. ill be down either this next weekend or the weekend after to pick up the motor.. think it will fit in the back of my integra?!

This is my buddies old motor! We painted the valve cover red! No its not stock and the motor runs great. Not sure why the #2 cylinder is messed. Great deal!

Thanks Skyline.. thats awsome to know.. did u guys do any proformace internal upgrades i should know about or is it just stock? and about the #2 Cyl. its ok cause im rebuilding it.. :D

just turbo now i guess. i wanted LS/Vtec turbo but after doing some resarch it looks kinda hard to get the engine management to do one set of fuel and and junk for just boost and then switch to a new set of fuel and junk when VTEC kicks in... i think just the turbo will be more relyable. im to afraid now that somethings going to loosen and make the car go BOOM! lol :thumbsdow

i dont even know what the fuck happened. i came home from kimberly sunday at around 4, and the engine was gone. my mom ended up selling it to god knows who. she told me he came in an integra, so i thought it was you hotwheelz! im really sorry man, i was even holding it for you

Its ok man.. a little pissed cause my buddie was in town.. getting his truck and was going to pick it up on sunday while he was there.. :banghead: i wish i knew who it was i know someone f***Ing scooped it up on me after reading that post about picking it up in my integra!
