Ls Vtec

Hey, I just got a 00' Integra LS and my friends have been telling me I should get a vtec head so I looked into it and found out there is a B18 c1 and a B18 c5 whats the difference in these, and any idea where a website is that sells them besides ebay?

well the ls-vtec is different from the motors u've listed, but for those motors u can check at jdmsource.ca great place, great deals, and great customer service

If you put a VTEC head (C1,C5) on your LS engine than you have a Ls/VTEC.

Just boost your LS. With minimal boost you'll have more power than your Lsvtec setup. If you take your time and research you can do it fairly cheap.

Can you supercharge an engine if it has boost? And I heard you shouldn't drive your car if you have an intercooler in the rain cause you'll get water in it is there anyway to stop the water from getting in it.

Supercharger gives the intake charge boost. Same with turbo. You can go both but really it's not the cheapest or simplest way of doing things. A well planned turbo setup has way more advantages.

As for intercooler, it's just to chill the air. It's sealed, water doesn't get into it.

Alright so I was lookin all over the internet last night for just a vtec head b18 c1 or b18 c5 doesn't matter really but I can't find a single website that just sells the head and not the whole engine besides ebay. Is that the only place I can get one or is there a website out there that sells just the head.
