Im just curious what numbers these motors put out with the GReddy turbo kits?

My friend has a 00' gsr w/ greddy turbo kit he wants to sell me lol, but he claims 240whp, I dont believe it to be accurate, anybody else have some info on this?

Also, just curious what a B16 with a GReddy kit might put down for numbers.

And I know they arent great kits, I know they can be done better for cheaper, im just curious what they actually put down.

thanks.

the 98 gsr that we did like 4yrs ago made 275whp @ 15psi and that was with:

SRP 9:5.1 comp pistons
Crower rods
Crower valve train
Greddy Turbo Kit
Greddy Intercooler Kit
RC Injectors 550cc
SDS Fuel Management (Tuned and dynoed by Davenport)

i would go with a revhard kit......less money than the greddy kit and will make more power at lower boost levels....

That depends on what sized motor it's going in ;).

The T25 is too small. Even the largest trim T25 can only flow under 30lb/min. At our elevation, it'll barely be able to put out 250whp on a dynojet in ideal conditions.

Don't even have to talk about the smaller trim T25's, unless you plan on making under 200whp haha.

the greddy kit comes with an 18g... :drama: but it is still too small

umm bashing the t25's

ya, they suck but still not a bad little turbo for what you can get them for.

personally for the price you are paying for the greddy kit... I still think a custom job is a better way to go for what your paying.

I've sold a few greddy turbo kits, they work decent be don't make to crazy power. I've seen only between 204-220whp which is decent considering the size of the turbo it come with.
