I used it for sending the TV-out & audio from my computer down to the projection TV downstairs, but it can be used for just about anything.

Made by X-10, comes with everything needed (shown in pic) including all cables, power adaptors, and a small spy cam.

obviously not DVD quality or anything, but 640x480 on my TV looked quite nice
