I'm switching over to a PCIExpress platform and am selling my motherboard.

Great overclocker, it'll run up to 288 MHz FSB before it chokes.

Onboard sound (with SPDIF out), gigabit LAN, and two RAID controllers.

Memory Express has it listed at $165, OEMDepot has it at $160. Either way you're looking at $170 with tax.

You can find the ASUS product page HERE (http://usa.asus.com/products/mb/socket939/a8v-d/overview.htm)

The motherboard has a 3-year warranty on it through ASUS.

I'm hoping for $150 for the motherboard, it's mint, I have the original packaging with unopened CD's, cables, the entire works. I only used the motherboard itself.

That's the board I've been looking at, when I get some cash together... I keep hearing about how crazy those new 939-pin Athlon64s overclock.

Good luck selling it, if it's still available next month I'll drop you a PM :)

Bump. $140 anyone? If you need a 939 motherboard don't waste money on a new one - give this one a good home instead! :)
