Yes, the rack and pinion is your steering.

I'm sorry, but I am very busy lately and do not have the time to try and find out whether this will fit other vehicles. If I knew the answer I would tell it but I don't.

I'm looking for the flip down divider piece that's positioned between the cargo cover and storage compartment. It has tabs on each end near the top. Would you have that by any chance?

Here is the pic of the wheel, all I know about the hub is that it is made by grant. I don't know what other wheels it might fit. Sorry.
