Have you tried a bug/tar remover or goo gone? Razor blade would work as well but be careful. You can do it without ruining the paint.

i haven't tried goo gone yet.......i'll pick some up at crappy tire and test it first. a friend tried wd 40, but didn't was car right after......lets just say he was better off before hand!

i use razor blades, but thats 'dangerous' if you have a nice paint job

bug/tar wipes work for that stuff just have to rub a little...
can also try putting some flour on it then rub it off with a toothbrush...never tried this but its worth a shot haha

Use gas line anti-freeze..it works the best...afterwards give your paint a fresh coat of wax

Jesus, keep the flour and toothbrushes, and razors off your car unless you KNOW what your doing. Methyl hydrate (gasline anti-freeze) on a microfiber cloth melts it right away. And it's cheap.

and yes...gas line anti-freeze is very safe for your paint, just re-wax just to be safe

gas line antifreeze is the way to go. Seriously. It sounds wierd, but it works the best by FAR.

Methyl hydrate does the trick, but dont rub hard or you will completely mess your paint. put bacially so lightly run a cloth over it until it dissapears, just whatever u do dont rub it
