I'm planning on buying a 2000 Toyota Solara. When I go for a test drive, what should I be looking for? Anyone know what the gas consumption on this type of vehicle is like? Thanks

V6 averages 20.4 mpg in hard city/freeway driving.
4-cylinder model around 22.5 mpg

make sure the shocks arent blown and the strut tower mounts arent gone by listening for a clunking noise going over bumps. these are the only 2 problems on my parents solara which is at 190k km.
