Ferraris in Calgary

I know of maybe 8 or 9 ferraris that i see consistantly, like the one red and one silver 355 spyders that are always parked and belong to 2 doctors at the hospital.
There is a NICE black 346tb

And there is a red f355 that is always parked around downtown

OF COURSE all these spottings are durring the summer.

My friend used to have a DINO, but they sold it to buy their current house

p.s. Before I die, I WILL own an F40.
She will be mine, oh yes, she wil be mine.

There is a f50 in calgary as well as a yellow f355 and i have seen a few 360's floatin around

There's a ferrari dealership no more than 30 mins from my house that I go to about once a week. They are getting 2 enzo's in February and they have bnoth an f50 and an f40. They also have numberous 360's,355's,456's and 550's. Maserati's are sold next door, as are Aston Martins. They have 2 Vanquishes and 3 or for vantages:drool: :drool: :drool:

i heard the owner of the f50 doesn't live in calgary. He drove through the city during the summer and that was when ppl saw the car.

There actually is a ferrari dealer here I think, it's just an office where they sell ferrari's and maserati's. No actual cars at the office of course.

Theres that place thets kinda by Chinook and just specializes in exotic and german cars, last time i went in there they had an old school M5 and a MB CL600 and a brand new Ferrari 360 Modena. Of course the sales men wouldn't even talk to me and my friends untill i told them that my dad had checked out the M5 earlier that week and he wanted my opinion...

Ferrari's I've spotted here include both black & red 308GTS (think Magnum PI :D), both red and dark green Testarossas :drool:, "the" F40 :eek:, an F355 and a gorgeous red 360 Modena. Drove next to that one for awhile down McLeod and had a hard time keeping my eyes on the road. Seen him on Deerfoot numerous times too. :drool: :thumbsup:

The guy that owns the F40 owns ZR Auto on 17th ave by the co-op... no one in Calgary owns an F50, yet... apparently the guy that owns the F40 is looking at getting an F50.

My ex-gf's Dad has a 512 BB, 512 TR and a really nice one from 76 I think. The older one is worth the most! Apparently it has an aluminum body? I don't know a lot about Ferrari's, I tend to learn about cars I may one day be able to afford.

It sounds like he doesnt' even like the ferrari's...one of the doors won't close right, the other won't start if it's even a little bit cold and the 76's body is so fragile it's impossible to drive anywhere. I'd still like to own them though :D

Apparently he's on the waiting list for some rare mercedes as well. He's got that Z06 and I think he still has an 850i. My ex used to drive the SL430 that was usually parked in the driveway.

He is a pimp for sure. He has a lift in one garage, and I have seen that black 850 parked outside.

At one time, in his garage or on his driveway he had a red 512TR, red 355, 360 modena, yellow 275 GTB, Z06

yep, he smashed it up and sold the remains for like 60 g's.
Apparently the front end catches a lot of air at extreme speeds so it sort of barrel rolled on him.

Last time I was over there they had the 3 ferrari's, Z06, BMW 850i, Mercedes SL430, Audi A4 and a minivan for the mom.

The garage is sweet because it's a 3 car garage with one extended space so with the lift he can hold 5 cars. The first time I was over there I walked in the garage, saw 2 ferrari's one on top of the other on the lift, another ferrari on the garage floor along with the Z06 and 850i. I fell down there stairs and creamed my pants.

Some say I should never have broken up with the girl but she was just so spoiled it was hard to stand. Her dad is cool as hell though!

Actually, I found a picture from a long time ago (when digicams sucked). The quality isn't the best but you can see the older ferrari on top of a 512. The Audi is parked behind them.

umm maybe im insane, but those "465"'s which ive nevr heard of are 550's i've heard of 456's like 456m GTA, the only ferrari with a back seat and auto tranny, but never a 465. the one closest to us, it is silve and has a large, somewhat triangular duct coming from the front wheel, it's a 456. by my eye, the cars are 360,360,550,360,550,360,456 i am going off of memory of the pic, so i could be wrong...
