I just got a phone call from there about a resume that I supposedly handed in and asking me if I still were looking for job.

I am studing petroleum eng but I dont remember applying there as its first time I've ever heard of the name

that happened to me as well, not with this company but another one, supposedly I submitted my resume in monster and that is how they got my info...

did you submit your resume in an online job bank?
