WTB: blank plastic piece where the sunroof/foglight controls go in 96-98 Honda Civic

I need a replacement blank for the spot where the buttons go for the moonroof and foglights in a 96-98 Honda Civic. The previous owner cut up the existing empty one to put an ugly orange fog light switch on the piece, and its gotta go. (The space where the OEM fog light switch goes).

Let me know if you have one and price. Pictures greatly appreciate, will have to be shipped to Dartmouth, NS. I would like to pay with paypal.
