got a ticket for speeding

I was pulled over last night for speeding. my windows were fogged last night so I didn't know the cop was behind me. anyways, it wasn't clocked on my ticket, just says "speeding". how many demerits is that?
doe anyone know the link where I can find how the demerit system works?
