Power Sunroof in a non sunroof car

Can this be done as a DIY job, or does it involve custom fabrication etc?

If you want a sunroof, buy a car that does. Sunroof it's the only thing you don't want to do aftermarket.

it can be a DIY job but your gonna need alot of the right tools and your pretty much gonna have to take the car apart.

Lots of custom fabrication involved cuz you sure as hell dont want any leaks coming from up over your head.

very tough job for a DIY. I'm not even sure you can add a power sunroof to a non sunroof car. Sure it can be done though.
