My baby was involved in a front end collision because the van in front of me slammed on their brakes for no reason.

Anyways, the engine was running after the collision and has not been touched. The front bumper was pushed in a few inches, along with the lights, hood, etc.

My room mate doesn't want it in the garage anymore so I gotta try to get rid of it. Exterior is red, interior is grey. It is an NA 5speed with 260 000 km on it. This car was the most reliable vehicle I have ever had and nothing short of this collsion would have stopped it. The title was also listed as a write-off.

The only mods done to it were an air filter and a straight pipe with cat delete and a slightly aftermarket looking muffler. It sounded really nice.

PRICE LOWERED

I am asking $700 to take my baby away.

Thanks for reading guys.

Pics are on the way, and the car is not targa. Hardtops are better anyways

Ok here they are. By the way, I was originally, going to part out the car, so that is why some of the interior looks torn apart, but I have since then put most of it back together because I am going to sell the whole car. And the pic with the passenger mirror off....the mirror is back on ;-)

Know if the power steering pump and bracket would work on a 7M-GTE?

I'm in the deep south, just over in Evergreen near Shaughnessy if anyone wants to come take a look.

Sorry, but I kinda wanna keep all the parts on this baby.

And yes the car still runs, but it will need a new battery, possibly radiator and fuse box, other than that it should be good. The car was still running after the collision, but the battery cables had to be cut for safety reasons.

Hey, could you take a measurment of the engine, like length width and height?

Its gonna go into something else if it will fit.

BTW, I am very interested and very serious, could have it gone by this weekend.

Ok, I went out for a quick rough estimate of the engine and its about 34 inches long, 41 inches wide and 26 inches tall. Keep in mind that these figures are very rough :D

Take care

Does that 41 wide include the exhaust and intake manifolds, also with the 34 length, is that with the fan or without?

As is I dont think it will fit :(

Yes the 41 inches included the manifolds, and no the 34 length as I recall did not include the fan...

Just curious, what are you thinking of dropping this engine into?

take care

Damn, its not gonna fit :( Sorry dude, it would have been really cool to have a 6 in it.

I'm building a Lotus 7 replica. Now, alot of people cringe at the replica part but they only ever made about 2000 and they were kinda slow plus i'm a hot rod builder so I know what i'm doing. I just like them because they are a no nonsence sports car. It should weigh about 1800-2000lbs when done so it will be super quick (aiming for 200hp).

Ohh, and here is a pic of what it will kinda look like.

Thats an awsome deal if I had somewhere to put it I would buy the thing.

What you should do is call some import auto part yards that buy cars and they should give you some pretty decent cash. At least 500$. I used to work for a yard in Edmonton for awhile and they would pay some decent cash for your car. Maybe call them to see if they would buy the thing.

780-955-7366 Black Gold Auto import Parts located 20min out of Edmonton in Nisku!

Good Luck Dude!:
