Hey Guys,

I don't know about you guys, but have you been following the MJ case?

I'm not sure why you think he's guilty, especially since the first week of the trial has barely finished and its supposed to last for months.

I think its completely bullshit. While I still think that he's a little strange, i'm not sure that his past or present accusers were very credible people.

^Exactly. What kind of parents say, "Sure honey! Of course you can sleep over with an accused sex offender!" to their child? C'mon.

First off, I appreciate the point of view.

In the end, its going to be the judge who decides. Since he has had an incident before and a few others have come out with allegations. He has publically admitted to sleeping with boys in his bed. Don't you find it a little odd?

There were fingerprints of the children on pornographic materials in his room. There was a pair of one of the boys underwear in his daughters bathroom.

I am kind of at a crossroads in a sense, just because, Michael Jacksons music is fantastic, and he has contributed to allot of charitable causes. Could you imagine if he went to jail.

On the other hand, I have read a bit about the mother, and apparently she has been attempting to get money from Jay Leno and others too.

innocent until proven guilty, but the evidence is against him fure sure. last time around he paid the kid and their family off to go away and stay hush hush, now if you were innocent you wouldnt throw away 10+MM dollars (not even jacko). think of how many stupid exotic animals you could get with that, even buy a new amusement park ride for nevaland or a lifesize spongebob squarepants (complete with young immigrant child inside)

he admitted to sleeping with kids, any other man who says that is hung out to dry. he gave alcohol to a young child and he has a lifesize maniquin of a boy scout in his bedroom! (i mean com'on) what NORMAL 45 yr old grown man has one? huh, a pedophile? yup. who has a trap door in his room, a pedophile. (these were all disclosed in the documents). neverland is a pedophiles dream, jackson can lure in and gain the trust of the family, and then swoop in for kill.

i think anyone who thinks otherwise is as looney as wacko jacko.

I also question the mother as posted above, who the hell lets their kid sleep with some stranger? especially one who has been accused of this shit in the past.

Did anyone watch that show on much more music last night "inside micheal jacksons mind"

was pretty creepy. apperently his problem is he still thinks he is a 10 yr old child.

It's not that he sleeps with boys in his bed, he has said that he lets boys sleep in his bed while he sleeps elsewhere.
And as for paying someone off, sometimes people do that to stop further publicity and also to stop further legal costs of a long battle.
Even Kobe is speculated to be thinking of paying off the girl who cried rape.

If you want to believe that........................ no amount of money is worth your reputation, peoples opinions would have prob. changed if justice could have taken place, and he would have been found not guilty (or so he says) but he quickly put an end to it by paying it off. He didn't want to have a chance at a fair trial and let justice work for him (he was innocent right?) if that was you, wouldnt you want the truth to be known through the trial and be proven innocent?

I think he's 100% guilty and i really hope that is is charged and put to jail. But you also have to look at the parents of the kids too. I mean they let their own children stay at his house and sleep in his bed with him. It's disgusting!
The children are the innocent victims. I think the the parents should have some blame in this too.

I HAVE NO IDEA. It's so hard to think he's guily or innocent. I can't stick to one thing, so I'll just go with whatever the judge says. But there is so much evidence that he is guilty....

I dunno, I have my own problems to worry about than Jackson and his freaky life.

I think its to easy for people on either side of the issue to disparage the other and use that as an excuse...

Personally i think jacko is guilty (from the evidence that i've seen/read), and its a damn shame that he was able to prey upon children with illness.

But at the same time the mother should have some serious questions lobbed in her direction. If i heard that someone was a possible pedophile would i let my child anywhere near them? hellz no! :banghead: . With her antics the children should be placed in protective custody, or with some relatives because all the drama that has circulated around all of those family members seems to be a little screwed

Not at all. His home was always open to the sick and the needy. Whether or not he let them sleep in his bed does not automatically translate into sleeping with them.

I remember trying to sneak a peek at playboy magazines in Jr. high too. There was a pair of underwear in a washroom? Was there a shower in that washroom too?

Bingo. She is a parasite that is trying to get money from famous people and has attempted much the same in the past. Jacko was the unlucky winner.

A. Michael Jackson has contributed significant amount of money and care into helping sick and needy children. Honestly, he seems to care about the wellbeing of allot of people (in his own freakish way). And your correct, it doesn't automatically translate into sleeping with them, but don't you still find it odd? There are endless rooms in Neverland, and the kids have to sleep in his bed? Is it really nessesary?

B. As with I ;), but don't you find it weird that these kids would have gone "looking" for these materials at the house of a total stranger. How would they know where to look etc? Seems a little out of place if you ask me.

The underwear thing, How could you "forget" your underwear?

I think its somewhat neve to think that Michael Jackson is not guilty to the majority of these allegations. Its a sad thing really, I love the music, and the man geniunely thinks what he is doing is right.

In the end, its the Judge who has the final word.

Good to see stuff from another point of view.

I think that the guy is mentally sick and needs help. Possibly some time behind celebrity bars wouldn't necessarily be a bad thing for him as he has been living on a different planet for so long that it may be a good thing for him to spend time in a real life setting.

I'm not sure if he is guilty or not but I am sure that he should be prohibited from spending time with childeren as there is something unhealthy about his fondness for childeren and monkeys, etc.
