Remove "Request Read Receipt: Allows you to check whether your message has been read"

I'd like to see the option in PM's of "Request Read Receipt: Allows you to check whether your message has been read by the recipient. " being defaulted as not checked instead of it's current default of checked.

Where does it even say that it has been read or not?

If the sender of the message does not unclick this option the recipient gets an additional popup when they revieve the message saying "the sender has requested a receipt....."
