Wow, that gt3571 is massive. The h22a will seriously have some crazy pull this summer.

Thanks, numbers I will just wait and see, the civic we built LS/VTEC 2.0L is running the same turbo with a smaller .ar .8 and he spools around 4500rpm and he had made 515whp last year at 15psi

lag won't be that big of an issue. He's got more displacement and can rev to 8k.

i hope you drive beside me again, a year ago you did and i heard your car sounded great. good luck with the new turbo. and if some revs up beside you i don't think they wanna race i think the just want to hear it in action:burnout:

1.06 A/R turbine is definately too big to be efficient for a prelude, especially with the spec's of the compressor side. 2 cylinders short of making efficient power with that thing IMO. Might be worth while to swap in the .82 or even .63 depending on your power goals, least that way the car would be more fun to drive.

What are the full specs?

TO4S: .70a/r

compressor wheel trim: 56 trim wheel

compressor flow: 60 LB/MIN

turbine specs:T3

1.06 a/r

84 trim wheel

Its really up in the air if you ask me, how well this turbo responds on the h22a.

I went with the .63 AR cause I wanted quick response from the turbo.


Lol I changed my AR last minute before he shipped it off, .82 now.


Im really curios to how this turns out tho.

i got a turbo manifold from sschrome for h22a4.can you tell if its gonna fit on my sh prelude i havent tried it yet.im using garret t/3 t/4.after i got the manifold i hear that this set up wont work so i dont wana waste a sweat fo no reason.:banghead: :banghead: :banghead:
