they sell these for $599 at Quinn, I'll sell it and install it with everything on it, ie. Hood, trunk, keyless entry, etc for $300.

Is it compatable with a 5 speed manual transmission?

will you sell it without the install? And if so, how much for just the alarm?

I'm not sure what i can say to convince you guys that these combos are really good, but in my experience as an installer I've done over 200 of these and had only one come back, which was due to an unrelated problem, anyone working in the industry as long as i have knows that these are pretty good numbers, also as an installer I've learned which products are good and why, for example most people think viper starters are the best when in fact there're one of the worst (External relays etc,) And the alarms your refering to (95acc) from quinn (the free ones) are generic alarms but thats why they are "free". they charge so much for these because they are a good product, and they know that. every one I know that has one of these units absolutly loves it, and those I know that install them always recomend them as a solid unit.

Well personally I can vouch for 12V right now...

I just had a car starter installed through him, and it turned out to be amazing. Everything went exactly as planned, all the wiring worked the first time, and the quality of install (everything soldered and taped) was excellent.

If anyone is contemplating his experience, I can personally say he did an awesome job! And the DSE 800s are an excellent alarm, work on an FM radio signal, 2000 foot range, and include every feature you can possibly imagine is included - including trunk and hood protection so no one jacks your car by popping the hood or trunk - and most alarm installs do not include this.

On the DSE websites, I only found the Starter 800, which is just a remote starter. There is a remote/alarm combo which is DS-2500. Is that what you are talking about?
