View Full Version : Installing A new Deck?
I have recently bought a new deck for my 92' skylark. The problem I have is that the old deck thats in there is much larger then my new deck how would I cover up the big whole left behind??? Any help would be great!
go to an autoparts store and buy a kit for your car

You can get a kit for your car that will include a plate to reduce the size of the hole in your dash to single dinn

to be exact you will need a "mounting kit" and a wiring harness specific to your vehicle (make and model and year)

you will need an antenna adapter as well all parts together are $55 dash kit, harness, and antenna adapter

most gm cars (and i am sure many others) have a smaller antenna plug then the radio..therefor you need a little adapter that converts a small plug to big, or else u won't get much reception on ur radio
