monthly payment is 421.00 even

i am allowed total 80,000 for the total 4 year lease..

lease is up AUG 2006

currently car is at 40K km

so you pretty much have another 40Ks to run for the next year and a half.

i really need to find someone and somebody to let this car go..

you can take over the lease until next AUG, there are plenty room left for kilometers. another 40000km for the next year and a half.

i am leaving in a month so i really gotta let this go before then..

I don't think that GM finacing will allow you to sell the car. If you are leasing the car you technically do not own the car. So if someone buys from you, they will not be able to register the car. The only way to get rid of the car is if someone takes over the lease.

You can also go to GM and try and get out of your lease early. There is some sort of penalty for this but it is dueable.

Yeah its true and its not true...

basically i can get out of the lease by doing an "Buy-Out" option on the car.

my buy out is 23000.00 as if now til april 26th
and because there is no penalties and its a 0% lease, pretty much thats the final price for the car.

so if anyone is interested in buying the car pretty much i will let the car go for 22500.00 by simply paying next month's payment for you.

and yes , its possible for someone to take over my lease, they're pretty much only required to stay with the lease until aug 2006.

thanks for your imput though, i am sure lots of your guys maybe have the same concern... but registering the car is definitely not a problem...
