did anyone at Sait see the 2 featured aveo's today? Im pretty sure it was a draw to win them but man, 2 of the most hideous vehicles i have seen in a long long time....I wonder whats going through the person's head that brought them in to show off on display:barf: :barf:

hideous yes. but don't worry, you won't have to own it. you vote for the better car, then it will go against NAIT's entry. thats all i know.

They were pretty ugly, i still signed up for the draw, or what i thought was draw. If I knew it was just to say which was nicer i would've made my own check box saying Niether-Get a Honda.

I kinda liked them. they took an ugly car and made it less ugly. the paint on both of them was amazing. I voted Car B:thumbsup:

i thought the paint was the worst part, with like the green kit on the one not even matching the actual color of the car, they looked like little riced out hot wheels toys my little brother would play with

Car B is Saits, i would agree that the marbelized paint wouldn't have been my first choice but you must admit that they didn't have much to work with. It could have been better but it definetly could have been worse. I mean at least they didnt have a wing or spinners on it.

the SAIT students worked of that entry for somewhere around 300 hours.
It was meant to be a little bit out there with the paint and such.

Unfortunatly SAIT will not be doing this kind of work for the public, it was just a class project.

well prop's goes out to the students who put all the work and effort into it, the job itself was very well done, just the overall styling was pretty bad, does anyone know what kinda car NAIT worked on?

yah i believe they were on a budget and were not allowed to do engine mods.

i saw them at nait.

both ugly ..

i had some pice on my cell i will check to see if they are still there.

i think it was the cars were donated and they were given a few thousand to throw into them

sure they are hurting, but i wish i had a class that let me do that to any car and have them pay for it!

ill check for pics.

they were given the Aveos and $10,000 each to cover all the work (including the $4k+ paint jobs on each car), however, whatever they did could not void the warranty.
