For sale is a DIY headphone amp for portable use. It is good for mp3, ipod, or cd player, etc...
Review of the amp's performance can be found in the link (http://www4.head-fi.org/forums/showthread.php?t=21949).
More info can be found in www.head-fi.org as well.
The info of the amp is as follows:
Elantec EL2001 buffer
Analog Devices 8620 opamp
Wima caps
Panasonic potentiometer
1% metal film resistors
Panasonic power supply caps
Serpac black case
Gold sockets for the chips
Uses 1 9V battery
Also comes with AD823 opamp, which works very well with the EL2001 buffer.
The wiring is kind of un-neat when you look at the inside picture but it won't affect the performance in any ways!
Asking $90 obo. If interested PM or email me. Thanks for looking.
