allllright...well its time for new breaks (rotors and pads) for my car. I drive a 1995 Nissan 240sx le, WITH ABS, 5 lug.

I went to Mopac yesterday to check out drilled and slotted (which is what I'd prefer) rotors. The two companies they deal with (Powerstop and Powerslot) do not have any rotors for my year.

I know I could go the e-bay route, but I wanted to see if there were any places in town you guys knew of where I could pick up some?

I'm basically running on NO brakes...so the sooner I could get them, the better.

Any responses would be greatly appriciated! THANKS! :)

I'm not worried about finding the pads, so much as the rotors...

Don't bother with drilled or slotted rotors. They're not going to do anything for you but cost more.

Can try Tunerworks, they can get stuff pretty quickly.

Best Buy Performance is also a good bet.

I can see why drilled is a waste of money. but slotted rotors actually work well in evacuating debris such as brake dust and glaze from the pads. performance-wise, i can't see either as making huge difference on the street.
