WTB: 92-95 Honda civic hatchback. running or not

Im looking for a shell (prefer cx) so that i can do an engine swap on it. Not too worried about back rust as long as the rest of the body isnt dented up.

i got a 92 civic si new paint, 300k on it but it runs stong great cond, for $4000
