To see 3D, let your eyes diverge, as if you are looking past the surface of your monitor. At some point, the 3D image will become apparent.

Yea it hurt my eyes with contacts too...
I have been losing my depth perception as of late...
I can see the color one. Looks like a blurred face sorta shreiking or screaming with its hands to its face..
The first one in b&w i cant see anything in. no depth perception.

The colored one isn't a face Dave.

It's a 3D Landscape. It's like spikes almost. Looks like this:

Something like that.

The black and white one is a chalice of some sort. Like the one they use in Church to give bread.

In the first pic, let your eyes diverge until the 2 little triangles at the top of the picture meet in the middle and become 3. You should see a wine goblet!

The first one is a wine glass.. neato. I can't get the second yet.. *edit*.. it looks lik that same pattern, just with depth like everyone is saying.
