Brand new in box, never used. Still in box. Built in battery, just plug it into your usb on your computer to charge it. No need for expensive AAA batteries. Comes with car adapter so you can charge it in your car. Use it as a 128MB usb drive as well for great convenience!

when you sign a 2 year term i think it is

but if this mp3 player is the one from rogers
you shouldnt sell it on here
my friend works at rogers and we had like 15 of these
now only one works...but it mite be just those ones im not sure

It is the one from rogers. I work at rogers too. I never used it yet. But anyone interested can test it first.
