Posting for a buddy. He's selling the car because he just got an A4, so there's no need to have another ride in the garage.

His words, not mine.. straight from the source
---------------------------------------------------------------------
-1995 Talon Esi (ie. non turbo...still goes, though)
-FWD
-5spd
-208,150kms (lots of highway...drove it back and forth to Victoria for a couple years)
-2 sets rims / tires (14" steel w/ winter snow/mud tires + wheel covers, 16" mags w/ hankook summer tires)
-Factory CD & cassette, new-ish 6 X 9's, otherwise stock
-new timing belt, tensioners & pulleys (and a couple new valves) as of this month
-new battery
-new ECM modules last year
-new H20 pump about 3 yrs ago (all valves & head gasket replaced)
-oil & filter was changed (by me) about every 4-6K kms w/ regular oil (not synth)
-4 wheel discs (not ABS)...pads seem to be good, but may need to be done in the next 6mos or so...haven't looked at them that closely, but they're pretty easy to do.
-warranty done on front control arms
-have the full shop / electrical manuals (the real Chrysler ones, not just the Haynes ones)

I have all of the receipts for the major work, so I'll pass those along with the car.

There is a small crease on the front passenger side, but it should be pretty easy to fix...nothing else was damaged (ie headlight, wheelwell), so it's just a matter of pulling the dent out and doing some touch-up.

--------------------------------------------------------------------

Asking 6,000 OBO, even try lowballing if you want.. he didn't tell me how firm he is on the price..

Contact:

[email protected] or Cell 614-5840.

Just tell him you saw the ad online or from Henry. He knows I'm helping him sell it, but he doesn't know where. So if you say you found it on Beyond, he won't know what you're talking about.

His name is Andy.

would you settle selling your car for 1/2 price? I think he'll probably go for 5.

$5k for this car is a steal. mine was $12,000 (only 50,000km with rims & exhaust but hey).

you sir, dont know jack
The ESi isnt ment to be fast, so yes, as a race car it would be overpriced, but thats not what it is at all

Its a nicer alternative to a sunfire or cavi, relyable and great on gas. Someone should grab this car (unless its in bad shape, i havnt seen pictures)

Just worry about keeping your gs-t on the road, the ESi will always be there

good luck selling your car!
