I don't know if this is in the right forum, so I apologize mods if it is not.

My bf and I took his car to Garage Works in Edmonton to get tinted by David Lee. When we walked into the shop, I noticed immediatly how clean it was, and how comfortable it made me feel.
The tint took about 4 hours to complete, as there was a small flaw with one window, so he had to redo the entire window. When we saw the finished car, it looked amazing.
There was not a flaw anywhere, even under close inspection, and the tint looked really good on the car.
David went out of his way to help however he could, and the experience at Garage Works is a very positive one! I will definatly be going back there for any future work.

I added a picture of the car afterwards.

It's surprisingly difficult to find a good tint shop...

Haha, good to know they're still out there!

I have taken two cars here in the past 16 months - I highly recommend for Calgary locations.

Ikon Window Films - used to be Supertint for us old timers...

What else do they do there?

They started their business off doing mainly cars. They still do cars but they have also expanded to tinting industrial windows as well.

I tried looking for contact info but cant find it. I will get the business card out of my car tomorrow and post.

I mean does Garage Works do anything else then just tinting, like audio, performance, etc

They do performance, tint, audio, interiors, graphics... The best thing to do is call David Lee and ask!

Took my brand-new, 1 week old, 2010 Corolla to get my windows tinted. The lifetime warranty is what sold me on Bee Cool. However, they scratched my doors in their shop, and scratched the tint on 4 windows installing it. I made an appointment for warranty work and took it back 10 days later. They made me wait for over 2 hours after my appointment time before they took the car in, and scratched the doors again. I showed the manager the scratches and he said,"We didn't do it." Now it's 4 days later and the tint has peeled and bubbled on two of the windows that they have redone. A lifetime warranty doesn't mean much when you have to go back every 2 weeks!

Garageworks is an excellent shop.

I've never seen anything bad come out of there.
