I was driving my moms lexus rx300 and i was stopped at the light and when it turned green the car wouldnt move. It would start rolling back when i hit the gas. I turned it off and then turned it back on and it would be fine. But the rpms would drop and when i hit the gas it wouldn't do anything. I need to know whats goin on cause my parents are takin it to bc and i need to find out what i need to get fixed. If anybody knows whats goin on plz post. I had to pull over to the side and turn it off then turn it back on so i could get it moving again.

Take it to the dealership :dunno:
You drive a Lexus, you should be able to afford some professional advice.

sounds like the cb joint. Mine snapped on my golf and I had the same problem. Thats if its automatic. But take it to lexus, they are ussually good about getting work like this done in a weekish.

yeh Lexus is pretty good with getting work done quick.
We had our hydrolic suspension thing replaced in our RX330 and it only took a day
