RHD Silvias in Calgary

my money's on about 15-25 in calgary alone. Not so rare anymore.

There are tonnes of Silvia's popping up in Calgary, should be some pretty nice ones cruisin around this summer... and A790 saw pics of your silvia, looks damn good.

hey mike id say its closer to a dozen, i know there are quite a few buyers who don't attend beyond...but saying that there is over 2 dozen silvias rolling this city, with approx 18 of them that nobody knows about sounds a little off.
i think between calgary, edmonton, and lethbridge would add to 20-25.
If I remember correctly, project_silvia blew the motor and is waiting for a replacement right? he showed me some pics a while ago of it sitting in his yard.

nah man theres a ton of RHD cars running around Lethbridge alone has over a dozen of RHD cars and about half a dozen silvias alone . Edmonton is packed with um to you jsut gota know where to look.

I think its called the GTR grill? it's the same as the one on the Silvia coming in for july, only white.

Well IC alone has imported about 1 dozen to alberta and that's only 1 importer. THere's still 3-4 other importer's + people who do it privatly. Now that's why I say about 2 dozen in Calgary. maybe a few less but in alberta i'd say closer to 30-40 in total.

12 to alberta means maybe 3 or 4 max to calgary man, and "other" importers arent doing nearly as well as IC in calgary...i KNOW there are lots in alberta but i can gaurantee you there is no more than 6-8 silvias in calgary ATM.
some are in hiding yes....but to say there are 25 silvias in calgary is obsurd.:dunno:

I was talking to a buddy and he said the Silvia, Skyline, Cefiro thing has been overplayed. He said that everyone and their mother is doing it.

I said "yep, even though when you look at a souped up Integra you applaud, despite the fact that nthere's thousands of them in Calgary, you frown on less than two dozen imported cars".

And it's true. Driving a Silvia, it's nice to know that I probably won't see another one while I'm out ripping. If I do, it's probably someone I know ;)

I don't think you'll see many NSX's imported from Japan at all. They're all really expensive, even the ones that have been in accidents. They're more expensive than local ones.

haha its cuz they are still worship them over there. I can only IMAGINE how much the R34 GTR's will cost when they are legal, being the last of the GTR's they will be well repsected. That is, incase nissan gets off their ass and makes us a new godzilla:clap:
