Morning,

I do realize I could search or what not but this is a pretty good deal I feel. When you go to ebay.ca this is their 'speical of the day'

Link (http://cgi.ebay.ca/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=7144237369&ssPageName=ADME:B:LC:US:1)

So your getting a pocket bike for $182.12 Canadian + $120 Yank (UPS Shipping). This place is based in Van.

Now, when you factor all of this in, how much do they go for locally in town? Is this really 'that' good of a deal?

I though they go for 800-1000 but i could be wrong.

How can they possibly sell it for $149.95 USD when it supposedly retails for $1899.99 USD?

Quantity: 244 available

and thats just for that style, I have seen their other ebay auctions, they have a few different bikes to offer, and if they have around 250 of each bike, thats mad wholesale pricing discounts they are getting.

That is not a bad price.

Anyone want to go in on a few with me? I'll buy 10 and sell them in town for a small mark-up.

thats a really good price. That pocket bike goes for ~$500 something on www.tinytoys.ca based in van.

The items are located in van.. so shipping isnt that much from van to calgary

$120 US = $147 CND + $182 =$329

I have seen these bikes sell locally, between for 400 and 500. That was in the bargain finder.

So 345 x 10 x 1.07 = 3691.50.

I would have to put up almost 4 thousand dollars, might get a volume discount and get one for free.

I would need to sell 9 of them at 400 to break even. These dont exactly sell themselves so It's not that great of an idea.

you could drive to Van & pick them up to cut shipping costs

Then I would need to drive a "van" to Van, that would increase cost dramatacally. If it were possible though I would be all over it.

I think the fads is about done. Just like the electric scooter fad years before.

But hey, it's still cheaper than those Power Wheels.

BTW, this seller has lots under $10 with 4hr left. May be a few chance to scoop some up really cheap in ungodly hours.

It would cost a lot less than $1200 US to rent a U-haul & drive to Van & back

How much does a pocket bike stand go for in Calgary?

Kobe keep us updated on how strong/reliable they are, dont want to buy a $250 pocket bike and spend another $500 in upgrades for broken parts when a $600 bike works fine.
