I want to take my gf out for dinner, and one of my buddies recommended River Cafe in Prince's Island. Have any of you been there? Is it any good?

Its good food in a great location. It is also one of the most expensive restaurants in the city.

The River Cafe is good, but for the same money you should try the Bears Den www.bears-den.ca. It's a new upscale, intimate restaurant on the corner of Crowchild & Bearspaw Rd. The food is awesome!

Hmm.. that site doesn't reflect the kind of restaurant it is and it's sorta hard to navigate around. I couldn't imagine someone who isn't really computer literate to figure out where some of the buttons are hidden. Looks like some cheesy fishing site.

Hmmm.. I dunno if I'd give it that label since there are tons of restaurants with that price range. When I read the statement, I was expecting the price to be like $50 since u said it was one of the most expensive restaurants. But at 19-46, it's definitely similar to the pricing of the other finer dining restaurants. :)
