hahaha so direct and to the point...

I like them, but they do fool you into thinking they have amazing sound...when for WAY less moola you can build up a sweeter system more tialored for your room and set-up and components...

To be fair, they are not bad for the price, they are cheap enough .. and they are better then some SONY speakers ... ;)

But I would suggest spend a little more, get a better system.

Just like SONY, are they good ??.. yeah, they are good in some stuffs .. but do they make good cameras ? NO.

If u live in Tokyo or Hong Kong .. in a 40 sq/ft tiny bedroom .. then go for Bose .. but in Canada, space is not an issue, then don't need to go for Bose. :)

AM-10's are approx 1299, and the AM-15's around 1499. You could buy waaaaay better speakers for the money, ones that would sound good for theatre, and music....not small speaker sound.

no doubt...when i worked at FS I bought a pair of 701's...and I LOVED them...but the only reason I got them over the Infinity's, or Polks...was Dan Yak got me a SMOKIN deal on them...and they sounded really nice with my HK...so no complaints...

but the Lifestyles...better off with a set of Nuance...haha

That's very true. I think a lot of people that buy the Bose satellite systems also just buy them because they are small and unique....something for "show". For the price of the AM15 system, you could do better. My bastardized setup uses Energy, Mission, and PSB speakers, and for about the same price as the AM15, sounds substantially better to my ears.

lol@Bose, the ONLY product of theirs worth touching are the TriPort headphones.
