This happened just down the street from me last night. It was loud enough to wake up the whole house. :eek: It was a little crotch rocket. The driver had made more than one high speed pass down the blvd according to my dad. All I heard was the crash and that was enough to wake me up.

CITYBEAT - CITY OF CALGARY PRESS RELEASE
-----------------------------------------------------------------

At approximately 1245 am (0045), The City of Calgary
Emergency Medical Services, the Calgary Police Service and
the Calgary Fire Department responded to a motor bike
collision on Deer Run Blvd.; just south of Canyon Meadows Dr.
SE. Upon arrival emergency crews found two people injured
due to a motor cycle running into a parked car.

A 19 year old male sustained very serious injuries with
obvious fractures to both arms, his left leg, and possible
internal injuries to his chest and abdomen. He was taken to
Foothills Trauma Centre in unstable condition with
potentially critical injuries. His condition had stabilized
somewhat by the time paramedic arrived at the Foothills.

The second patient, a 35 year old male, was also taken to
Foothills Trauma Centre in stable condition with facial and
back injuries.

The Calgary Police Service are investigating and should be
contacted for the specifics of the collision.

Fucked up, that's right down by me too. I didn't hear it but my window's probably pointing the wrong way (place has great soundproofing otherwise). Poor guy, I've probably seen him around the neighborhood, or at least his ride.
