I think I have to much stress in my life, and working out is starting to get boring, I think this would let me work out some frustrations way better. And I can make some of those cool teken 5 commercials haha



Anybody know where to get one? rough price?

Yeah, from century I believe. Why not get a full body standing bag? This way if your not flexible you can still kick it and not hurt yourself.

The full size bags are actually cheaper if you buy it at that site, otherwise they are the same price.

just buy a punching bag, i remember when i was playing around with one of those in high school at a girls house and we kicked the shit out of it, they aren't heavy enough to stand too much force as i remember them

All right, I guess I will get a bigger bag, cause i mean if you can hammer on a 100 pound bag (and you punch like a girl) Ill probally need something twice as big as you cause im twice the man you are hahaha.
