Nice car, you could buy a 93 GSR for that price.

If I could drive my 87 again I would trade my 93 for it. That car just plain kicked ass. No aftermarket? It's virtually the same engine as the ZC DOHC.

Awesome handling, 7K redline, old school honda looks. What more do you want?

Sounds good, look forward to seeing you at some meets.
I've never seen a JDM DA up close so that would be pretty cool.

Hopefully everything goes smooth and I've got the car after the weekend :)

Edit: When I drove in it, it was so nice. 8k redline :D I cant wait to pick it up

That's a clean looking XSi. I always thought they'd be cheaper for some reason though.....see if you can get it for 6g's. Anyhow, it looks like decently low KM's for a DA. It doesn't even have rust around the rear wheels, always a plus. Usually the corners where the rear bumper meets will rot out. Looks like it has all the goodies as well, power folding mirrors, auto climate control, B16A (obviously), everything but a sunroof. I'd love to take a look at it once you get it.....I've been thinking of adapting the auto climate control in my DA, but I'm not sure it'll fit.

I'm sure you'll enjoy it.

PS, If you ever wreck that car, I want dibs on the tranny!!

You dont think it's worth $6700? Edit: I was under the impression that $6700 was a pretty good price...

My avatar is bigger and better

I tried seaching for a local GSR for sale to compare it, but came up with nothing.

Try looking here:
http://g2ic.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=35
Basically the XSi is the equivilant to the GSR, so try comparing prices on both. GSR's are rare, and the command a pretty good price, but that B17 in them is a very, very nice motor. It's no B18C5, but it'll spank a B18A DA.

If the JDM thing is what you want, then I'd say go for it. 6,700 isn't out of line. I just think you should try for 6,000. :D

trade you my 89 for your 93 ;)

and its only 118 hp instead of the 130. could swap it for a ZC tho. i was debating doing that. the head gasket is going and leaking oil a bit and doesnt have a steady idle. also rust on the side = sucks.

hmm itd be fun fixing up my old integra to new haha

i couldnt find any intakes or anything for the car tho, so thats what sucked.

haha.
It looks like either the clutch or brake pedal is missing. At first I thought it was some sort of 5speed wannabe! I'd say go for it, a genuine JDM car is very unique in NA so the little extra that you pay for it is worth it.

^^^^ Depends on the car, but basically if it's over 15 years old, it's likely fine. Import Concern is a pretty reputable company, so I'd trust that they wouldn't sell a car that you couldn't register. I'm sure there's more to it than that, but they'd be the ones to talk to about it.

^^ yes as long as its 15 years or older.... get the car, and sell me the wheels!!!

everytime i see that car on the site it looks great. JDM is pimp and you would be SO much happier with this car than a comparable GSR like the other guys are saying.
6700? come on though i paid less than that for my car man!

Yeah the hondas dont seem to be a popular choice to import because you can get a better cheaper honda here. Plus for $6700 wouldnt you rather have an s13, mr2 etc.

Agreed...I mean a RHD Integra...not to kick Import Concern in the ass...but I mean it's only a DA Teg (meaning, nothing super special about it)...why not find one here, and with the money you save...mod it like CRAZY??

one of the reasons JDM appealed to me is that even though it costs a bit more to get the car (well not really in my case)....you'll be so much happier with the final product. Instead of throwing all the money into it and being like "awe why didnt I have a little patience and start with a JDM, it would have been so much more unique in the end"

For the condition and KM's my car had, I would have had a HELL of a time finding an S13 here for the same price....and i'd be stuck with a LHD KA24 to boot.

yes it costs more than a USDM teg....but its part of the bling factor so i guess its all personal opinion.

I just don't think I can live with driving RHD, sure it owuld be cool but I don't think I could handle doing high ways /right hand turns  (
