WTB: First car around $4000

I am looking to buy my first car. I would like to have it before my birthday which is at the end of april. I have $4000 to spend with a max of $4500 so please nothing over my price unless you are willing to come down in your price.
Now for what i am looking for:
-Coupe
-1990 or newer
-5 speed prefered
-Nothing insanely rusty
-Must pass inspection
-System or not (not really important because i will be putting one in anyways unless of course it is a good one. Psst if you can take your system out to come to my budget do it.)
- Nothing over 250xxx km's
-Sporty enough.
-Runs good and reliable (remember, First car so i am still learning)

If the right car is found I have cash in hand. Just to give you an idea of what i was looking at before (but they all got sold before i could come and get them) was a 1994 integra, 1990 integra, 1993 MX-3, 1990 240sx. Doesnt have to be any one of these cars so post what you have.

I want to buy one before my birthday so PLEASE post what you have or know of!

No truck unless its a smaller S10 or ranger or something but I would prefer a car. I found the teg on here a while back and made a deal with the dude. There was also a pretty bad rust spot so that was also why.
