Downtown bikepaths

Weather's starting to get really nice, so it's time to brush the dust off the rollerblades soon :clap:

I noticed certain areas of the paths are closed off (particularly beneath some bridges). Any idea if there's a specific date they open them back up? Or do they just wait until the weather permits it?

I was down by the Elbow River pathways the other day and there were people whipping around everywhere on their bikes. Such a great place to spend a sunny afternoon.

I basically just followed Elbow Drive right into downtown, found a parking spot and started wandering.
