WTB: SUV around $17K

Hi,

I'm looking at getting anyone of the following 4X4 SUV's (in priority) around the $16K-$17K area...whatcha got?

- 97-99 Toyota 4runner (SR5 or limited)
- 2002 or up Nissan Xterra (SE or SE-SC)
- 2000 or up Nissan Pathfinder (LE)

quick question:

which is the better deal??

1) 97 4Runner Ltd @ $16,900 w/ 142,000km or
2) 99 4Runner Ltd @ $17,900 w/ 170,000???

both are ltd....even though the 99 has more km, would it be in better shape if it is 2 yrs newer??...or would you rather take the 97 with fewer km???...i need advice!!!..hah..thanks

170 is a lot.....i would try to save a bit more into the low 20's and get a truck with less clicks...but those re defiantely some good choices you got there! the s/c xterra with gunmetal rims is a nice truck
